What you need is a Victorinox Camper! Okay it doesn't have pliers but who'd want everything?:

My plier requirement on the bike is covered by a Leatherman Squirt P2 which has the bottle opener and blade elements whilst adding almost nothing to the bulk or weight - think i've only ever used it for the bottle opener!
I have a... rather large... collection of Victorinox knives...

Can't find the P2... what is its mass, please?

Locking tools are now essential for me.

I have two Leatherman tools.
One original PST which is now 30 years old.
And one Wave which is 21 years old.
Both almost as good as new.
Quality costs.

I have a nice habit with leatherman tools. I had a skeletool cx (2nd hand) with a really good 154CM blade. Left on a bench by a canal. I bought a supertool second hand, snapped the file so leatherman sent me a wave as replacement. Couldn't find it as I was leaving for an airport. Found in my hand luggage on the way out of Spain, and it went straight in the bin. Buy cheap buy twice, unless you're a f*ckn idiot like me.

They're very seductive, aren't they. I have a cheapish one that I bought about ten years ago - I've no idea how good it is because it's been sitting on a shelf in my workshop ever since. Never used it once.

Thanks.

And the Camper is 91g, that is a light combination.

The original Leather man is the only one worth having, Good quality, useful tools and a good size for carrying about.
My only gripe was no corkscrew, but that problem has solved itself with screw tops.

My partner bought me a Leatherman Juice Pro fifteen years ago. It's one of the smaller "pocket size" tools and was discontinued years ago (I believe it was ONS when I got it). I tend to carry it pretty much in the same manner as a pocket knife but the blade doesn't get used as much as other tools. I usually bung it in a bag or pocket when I go out on the bike. A big part of choosing this model was the corkscrew (with assist-lever and foil cutting blade). The smallest flat screwdriver is fine enough to tighten my spectacles with and the metal/diamond file has proved useful. The pliers are decent for a multitool and get used a lot too. I've even used the wood saw. When I was working, I found that once people knew I had it, others used it more than I did.
Full list of tools and picture (sourced from https://smartknives.com/Leatherman-Pock ... ce-Pro.htm)

Pliers with Wire Cutters
Knife Blade (57mm)
Serrated Blade (57mm)
Combo Bottle/Can Opener
Scissors
Corkscrew
Wood Saw
Metal File and Saw with Diamond File
Awl
Foil Cutter
Phillips Screwdriver
Large Screwdriver
Medium Screwdriver
Small Screwdriver
Tweezers
Lanyard Ring

Fits my hands.
All the tools lock.
The tips of the pliers are well aligned.
210g.

But:
Legality of locking blade!
No corkscrew.

Highly Recommended.

154 cm is about five feet!
154 mm is about six inches!
