Measuring a Dawes tandem frame size?

Hello, I am looking to sell an old Dawes Super Galaxy bike, but I have no idea what frame size it is - can anyone tell me how to measure a tandem frame please? Is it Center to Top for the rear position? Many thanks, David

Usually both front and rear sizes are given.
Always measured from BB axle (although this is "approximate" with a tandem front eccentric BB), state where you have measured to (ie top or centre of top tube)
