Quarq Dzero for BB30

Hi all, first post here.

I'm trying to get a Quarq Dzero for my Cannondale CAAD8, but it is proving a bit of a task and very confusing. I tried to find a second hand one, but have given up on that, so will have to splash out on a new one.

But which one? On Sram's website, they now only list DUB BBs for five armed Dzeros, am I mis-understanding something? Do I have to get a DUB crank and fit a new BB to my bike, if possible?
