Rack and mudguard allen screws

I thought my new frame deserved new fixing screws for mudguards, racks etc but I'm astonished at how much my lbs wants for them. Anyone know of a cheap source and am I right in saying that these are M3 screws?

Hi Gary,
I think you will find they are M5.
Try ScrewFix Direct.
I bought 50 20mm M5 allen bolts for around a couple of quid. It's an easy matter to cut them down to length if neccessary. But if that is all you want from them it will cost another £3 or so for postage.

Or if you only need a few try a Wilkinsons, or if you are lucky enough to have one near you a West End DIY store.
From the latter I buy any M5 nuts and washers, and wing nuts for about 80p for 5
