Soggy feet in seal skinz a solution

Post by Neil F »

The problem I had with waterproof socks was water running down the leg and getting into the sock and staying there. Then in a discussion about the problem my wife came up with the solution. Take a pair of marrigold rubber gloves (other brands are available) cut off the fingers and thumb and you are left with a rubber band about 2inches wide. slip sock through band and slide up to top of sock and on to leg to act as a seal. Result dry feet. Does anybody have any useful tips

Send them back for a refund.
Your idea may work, but Sealskinz 'waterproof' socks are useless as per their adverts.
