Sideways wobble! Even more force from being blown over on far too many occasions when parked on kickstand in wind when Yepp bike seat serves as sail!

Delighted by the assistance of a Sustrans ranger from the village.
Repair determined by shortness of time, aluminium as the available material and accomplished without even taking rack off.
Once again, many thanks for all who gave this some thought and for all comments.
We were out with 4 bikes and both bike seats for tired legs today.
