Reminds me of a 'test' that I was once shown, something you're supposed to do to a steel frame to see if it has just the right amount of 'springiness'. Stand to one side of the bike holding it, put your foot on the B/B, and give a gentle push with it. The frame should 'give' a little bit, but not feel too sloppy. Whether that told you if your frame really was built of 531 d/b (the stuff to go for, back then) or some cheaper substitute, I can't remember. I wouldn't try the test on a modern carbon frame!
Back to the video. Well, if it really is impossible to do a wheelie on that frame, maybe it's of some benefit? Put it on the market and push it strongly as a teen's "must-have". A bit of high-pressure targeted marketing should do the trick. End of all those silly stunts that we 'real' cyclists decry....

If I do that test with my 531c Mercian, the BB moves about an inch.
It's one of my demonstrations to people to show the flexibility of a nicely made steel frame.
