Washing Cyclists dirty linen... in a greenhouse

Post by briansnail »

While actually its more a case of hanging them out to dry. My problem is my usual weekly wash is adequately catered for by my washing machine. My cycling kit is not sufficient in quantity to merit a full wash cycle. I just dunk it in a pail of water with soap powder overnight and hang it to dry. This works in summer. How to dry in winter with no tumble dryer?. I am torn by investing in a spin dryer (expensive) and buying a greenhouse (energy efficient)
Would a greenhouse work?

Just buy a desiccant dehumidifier and put it in a room with your washing. It will heat it too.
What use will your greenhouse be when its 80% humidity outside?
