These are in the UK, taken on the same road about 2 miles apart.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post a second pic before anyone has identified the first, so tell me if I am too early.

The Weardale Railway uses those colours and has NR-style tactile paving, but yes, the West Highland Line uses the same colour scheme.
