Awful hot sunny bright weather, 30° plus
Unlike some other things it shall go away soon enough, the days are already getting shorter

I hope you can get this sorted out pronto. The past few months have not been the best of times for anything like this.

Thanks.
Probably wrong thread!

I did an online form and within 3 minutes in of submitting it I got a phone call from the doctor asking me in next week for blood tests.

In my recent personal experience there's plenty of doctors itching to get their hands on patients at the moment, so I hope it's quick all the way through.

People who let their dog foul - and hope that they are not spotted:

Caught one this afternoon - made her pick it up, barehanded. She won't be back.

There's a good few people we know who work at Ginsters.
No-one there would tell you that they are brilliant Cornish Pasties, but they sell them by the million, so some folk like them!
They also have a whole section making sandwiches as well. Tesco buy them and other major outlets.

Meanwhile, during this Covid issue, the high-street sandwich shops have closed and packed up ......... discussed on the radio over the last week or so ................... and Ginsters supplied many of them with sarnies ........... and not just pasties either.

Ginsters have taken a hit it's true ...........but they saw the issues coming .................. and now supply hospitals and the NHS ............. and are doing well.

Ginsters are only just in Cornwall and what they make are only just pasties... But, decent pasties are also made in Devon too. In Silverton they make very nice pasties in the Cornish style. In the Crusty Cob in Honiton you can buy very nice Devon pasties without the horrid useless crimped pastry part. Wish they would make that bit go away.
