Frensham Loop okay for kids?

Hello all, I am wondering if Frensham Loop would be manageable for kids of 7 yo? Or it would be too hilly? Thank you.

It’s very sandy, particularly at this time of year, so there will be a lot of pushing. It’s certainly not aimed at ‘family’ cycling, but if they are budding/keen MTB’ers it’s not too challenging
