e bike info

hi have just purchased a prestige e power x-cell electric bike,I know its 24 volt but thats about all I know about it,have been searching for info about the bike ,batteries etc,its quite and old bike from what i can gather around 2008,its still running at the moment but I am looking at upgrading it ,as i said i know its 24 volt but have no idea on wattage of motor or ampere output,am looking to change to lithuim ion batteries as at the moment has one pannier mounted sealed lead acid battery which is very heavy,have googled bike name but just brings up ads for these bikes for sale,have hunted for pannier batteries with little joy,any help with information would be most welcome,

You need to show a pic of the bike .
Also if the motor is brushed or brushless count how many phase wires go from the controller to the motor.
It it has 3 you are in luck if not you aren't.
