How to get battery assist in lower levels

I I have bought a bnib500w snow electric folding bide with fat tyres ,No usermausl with it and cannot seem to get into battery assist in lower levels .

Welcome to the forum.

The standard response for any issue with a new purchase is to direct the purchaser back to the retailer. They should be able to provide assistance and adopting a DIY approach to adjustments/repairs may void any warranty.

You need to explain a bit more.
I assume with a bafang hub and a smart lcd you have 5 pas levels.
