Clip bike to upgrade bike to e-bike

Anyone got any thoughts for yet another e-bike add on/upgrade to your existing bike, it's a USA invention aprantley only available currently inside the USA. I would love to try it, seems very well made and looking very easy to install to front wheel!

Reminds me of the early mopeds - one was on a pannier with a bottle dynamo type drive on the tyre. I think the fuel was a mixture of petrol and oil.
