Local Cycling Strategy

Richmond upon Thames council have just published a draft of their Cycling Strategy.

Correctly identifies why increasing cycling would be of benefit to everyone but is very timorous about actual measures to achieve significant impact.

Southwark seems to have rather more vision and guts.
