World Naked Bicycle Ride

Unless my search skills have deserted me, there doesn't appear to be much discussion here about the World Naked Bicycle Ride(s).

I'm not sure about them myself. Neither one way or the other. Do others have more precise opinions?

The threads appear to be short. Answering Si's question from the above thread, I don't know if the WNBR functions as a campaigning event or not. Clearly someone are of the opinion that it's a strong strike against oil dependency, while other commentators claims that it's just a load of exhibitionists.

I wonder whether an adult who encourages someone under 18 to participate could be deemed to have incited a child to appear naked and on that basis be guilty of a sexual offence?
