Are they being entertained by the very thought of cycling?

it appears that they just love talking about cycling, they all appear to be discussing this through smiling faces.

Forgive me giggling,coz if I didn't I'd more than likely cry,but talk of sensible funding is all that's ever done about cycling :?

Talk is cheap, which is why cycling continues to get so much of it even in these times of government cut backs.
