It will be interesting to see what use the highway authority makes of information like this. It doesn't sound as though it's going to be used to lobby for better enforcement. Decent cycling provision or farcilities? There's the rub.
Perhaps one for local riders to monitor, assuming it's a long-term project, rather than a seven day wonder.
