We have notified the Public Affairs Board that there may have been a breach of the Code and that we are undertaking an internal investigation as a matter of urgency to understand the facts

Don't know what that means.

Unfortunately Mayor Khan doesn't cycle and appears to have a "please everybody" approach. I am not sure he's delivering much cycling infrastructure.
