I agree with everything in the linked article,but unless national government legislates against car over use,especially in towns and cities,is determined to crack down on dangerous motorists whilst at the same time positively advocating active travel and an integrated public transport system we're stuffed.
I not seen of it upto now and I don't hold much hope in the near future,except for isolated pockets up and down the country.
