Shocking incident very close to where I live, at a junction I cycle across every day.

That's a little underplayed in the report. There must have been some serious violence involved.

Well at least they both were banged up for their crimes which do sound pretty bad.
There's no report on the cyclist's injuries or recover or the young lad's trauma of witnessing the attack.I do hope they've both recovered from what must have been quite a frightening attack.
