Do the Dutch have a HC detailing all the rules for their cyclists?

"Road Traffic Signs and Regulations in the Netherlands"
https://www.rijschooldenk.nl/uk_road-traffic-signs-and-regulations-in-the-netherlands-rijschoolDenK.pdf
NB:
1 It's from 2010.
2 It's abridged.
3 It's an unofficial translation into English.

I wonder if Cycling UK can provide suitable arrangements to discuss the outcome when published or even before publication to see some of the expected changes, so that members can add comments in case additional changes are worth considering.

Do we think it will be published within a year of the consultation closing? Will all the anticycling idiocies be removed?

October is the date for the launch of the next version according to R4, problem is most people never read the HC again After passing their car test.

... although I do get rather itchy at its characterisation as having 'won', I must confess - especially when pointing at the comments of others.

£338 million package, how much on cycling per MP's constituency - assume 500 MPs, assume £300 million on cycling, Less than £1 million per constituency perhaps,
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... chemes.pdf
Looks to be about £5 per person and a good investment if it helps to get more people walking and cycling.
https://www.statista.com/statistics/298 ... nal-roads/
spending on roads, about £11.7 billion, about £180 per person.
Spending on cycling perhaps 3%.
Perhaps someone can check the assumptions and figures.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... llocations
must be different assessments - do not tally it appears, London not listed?

I haven't looked in detail, but I wondered if you might be comparing an increment to a total?Steady rider wrote: ↑30 Jul 2021, 2:27pm £338 million package, how much on cycling per MP's constituency - assume 500 MPs, assume £300 million on cycling, Less than £1 million per constituency perhaps,
