i wholheartedly welcome the proposals to get rid of the curse of traffic lights,etc.this is my third month in adorable india,where there are 1000snds of miles of first class roads in first class weather,but the traffic jams that do occure are horrendouse to someone not use to it .the noise is terrable.and ill say it for the umteenth time,the motor horn should be banned world wide because it is the source of alot of accidents
