I would have said that a bike without a crossbar generally still has a top tube.
Or should we refer to that top tube as an "upper bottom tube"?
Or even upper bottom tubes on a mixte frame.
I must refer to the cyclists' defining terminology standards manual, but is that the UK standard or the EU standard?
