They're not wearing hipsters, they're wearing shorts.
Hipsters are trousers from the late 60s early 70s with low waist-lines. Often they were flares.
The girls had hipster skirts as well as had hipster trousers.

They are probably in the Netherlands, in which case their behaviour would be not at all reckless.

Turbo trainer innit.
countless car adverts clearly show reckless/dangerous driving and at speed, one guy sitting on a pushie that is less likely to kill someone than most other recorded deaths of any sort in any given year is really not a problem. why do we feel the highlight such nonsense and adding more fuel to an already out of control fire that is over-reacting to the point of unlawful action!

I think the "hipsters" referred to the "cool guys looking cool, doing things all cool guys do"

They are clearly laughing as they have just crashed into the shrubbery.

There is a pestilence upon this land, nothing is sacred. Even those who arrange and design shrubberies are under considerable stress from cyclists in this period in history.

I know, up and down this fair isle gardeners are flushing them out of their borders and sending them back to their natural habitat to reap the autumn harvest of pain au chocolate and skinny lattes.

Would not been seen dead wearing Lycra.
