That NYPD source should be unmasked, fired and ideally sent to ride in traffic with headphones in. :twisted:

I'm not sure it's the fault of the NYPD source. The conversation may gone:
reporter: Were any of the victims wearing headphones?
police representive: according to the evidence available, it's possible that one of the victims had a telphone earpiece on.
media translation: police sources have said some of those injured may have been unable to get out of the way because they were wearing headphones while cycling

Yeah, it was sky news and it hasn't been reported elsewhere that I've seen.
