The Express is at what exactly? Its just an article on cycling offences. I clicked on one about a new concord which was interesting.

The express may well be taken over by the Mirror group in the next year or so. It will be interesting to see if the express improves after the takeover. It can hardly get worse, but these days, it's tempting fate to say it won't.
