Update.
I am actually walking without crutches, a day or so after talking to GP.
Stiff painful and only round the house but encouraging, feeling a bit more upbeat.
3 weeks after my fall.

Glad you're making good progress NA :D
All the best!

Hi,
Six weeks on and If I try to come off any anti inflammatory and paracetamol and codeine I am in constant pain.
I can walk about 200 yrds then I limp badly, even on pain meds.
But five days on the turbo and no pain as long as I don't stand.
May try a short ride in a week :)
Ben thrashing out the set up on my 1983 Koga Miyata on the turbo, and today was meant to be 15 miles, but I was too impatient went too fast and chickened out to just 10 :P
10 M in 25.45 at 1% gradient and wind corrected for speed, feels ok :)
NA Thinks Just End 2 End Return + Bivvy - Some day Soon I hope
