I've seen it before although I can't confirm whether that was on here or elsewhere. Google image search shows it's certainly done the rounds.

As an aside, to me (despite the obstruction) looks like a nice wide cycle lane (unless I'm missing something) and it has it's large 4x4 using it (as per cycle lanes in the UK).
