It may have escaped your attention or not,but people can change into utter idiots when they get hold a vehicle in their inexperienced hands.
The antics I watch daily on our roads at times beggers belief to any sane responsible and reasonable person.
People simply aren't aware the impact of colliding with an immovable force can cause them until it happens.
