There has to be some reason? mostly, however small, to target a specific group of road users
To discover that reason would be an advantage to all cyclists.

Well I dunno about lack of progress in this case.
The driver is very aggressive.
Horn used immediately. Rushes up very close. Prepared to undertake.
I mean there's loads of traffic about, in what way does Kwackers hold him up?
A cyclist hater. IMV
