The other day I had a look at my badly worn tyre and foolishly assessed it as good for another ride.
Ten miles from home I heard "chk, chk, chk, BANG."
I had a couple of spare tubes but the hole in the tyre was too bad.
Nowhere on our roads is more than a few paces from a plastic bottle. The one I chose was UV degraded enough to tear to size, but strong enough to get me home.
Use for a plastic bottle.
