Hi folks,
I know it’s a big ask, are there any Sora, Tiagra or 105 groupset road bikes that will take full size mudguards and a rear pannier rack? I am 175cm tall. I have a maximum budget of £750 including the mudguards and pannier rack. I would also prefer 28c tyres but 25c would probably be ok for my daily commute.
I was looking at the Roux Menthe, Boardman ASR 8.8, Boardman SLR 8.8 but wandered if any of you could think of any others or recommend one of the above?
I had ordered a Triban 540 with Mudguards and rack from Decathlon but they’ve cancelled the order from their end as the computer system couldn’t supply it
Regards,
Adam

25 mm maximum on tyres £614 including mudguards but a rack would be extra.

Will take larger tyres and is just outside your limit but if you did ride to work you could probably include the extras.

Decathlon Triban 520 - full Sora Groupset and clearance for 28mm tyres and guards or 32 without guards. You can als o fit a rack. You might even be able to get a 540 for under your budget, which has a similar frame but 105 groupset.
Go to the shop - they will have plenty in stock. Buy your own mudguards and rack, as it's likely that's why your order got cancelled.
I have a 520, running 28mm tyres with mudguards and a Blackburn rack.
