Grinduro. Thanks. I wish BBC would advertise and repeat this. I know I can iplayer but it's a faff to get it on the TV, uses up download quota, ties up the bandwidth and it's lower quality than freesat.
MJR, mostly pedalling 3-speed roadsters. KL+West Norfolk BUG incl social easy rides http://www.klwnbug.co.uk

As the forecast on Out Of Doors (BBC Radio Scotland) had it on Saturday: "variable becoming unbearable, rain between the showers"......

I will always remeber how watching this show with Mark Rigby's highland ride and just how that inspired me to go longer and further.

OK the weather for that one was perfect of course but just shows how perfect our sport can be !

The same TV team produce the weekly "Landward" programme. There is an episode on the iPlayer just now with a cycling feature. It start at minute 8.

Some episodes are downloaded onto youtube, there's an episode from earlier this year which has an MTB event called the strathpuffer.

The last three episodes of Landward have featured Dougie Vipond on an electric mountain bike in the Cairngorms, the first of the three episodes had most of it.
