It leads off Barton Drove South of the A30.
And the other one was just to the east of the Barton Stacey junction.
Spot on for both. Colour me impressed. TBH the A30 is not the busiest A road in the land, but to see the A34 empty at midday...
Memory is a funny thing, eh? I seem to have a knack for this sort of thing but I will forget a name or face in seconds.
The older I get the more I’m inclined to act my shoe size, not my age.

Reuse, recycle, thus do your bit to save the planet.... Get stuff at auctions, Dump, Charity Shops, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Car Boots. Choose an Old House, and a Banger ..... And cycle as often as you can......
The roads were about as per usual, for a Friday today, round my way. The police are trying to stop the pee taking, I’ve seen a few people getting pulled over, but there’s only so much they can do.
Here in Cumbria the boy racers have discovered the quiet backroads - normally keeping to the social distancing by each driving their own car. The police here are aware of the situation but the idiots are not using the main roads in the hope of not getting caught!
Some roads around here are very nice and pleasant now, but some "minor" C roads are very busy cars with being exercised on essential? journeys which necessitates travelling greater than the speed limit. I haven't noticed any increase in numbers of cyclists though.

I don't peddle bikes.
The roads round here - main A roads as well as B roads are like they were 30odd years ago when we moved here. Traffic, but not busy, and completely empty in the evenings and overnight.
Until the Virus, the roads were traffic-full 24/7 these past few dozen years. Too many houses built, and each home seems to have two or even three cars.
Chatting about the issue today. Where are all the cars?
If they were commuting or doing the School Run before the Virus, it should have been only be twice a day with busy roads, but before the Virus, it was a constant flow of traffic.

So, where are they now?
People working from home, people furloughed and retired folk not going out unless necessary. Sums up our household and many of our neighbours - hence no traffic.
I've found that drivers are slightly faster in the city but country lane speed has not increased. They seem more patient in both situations, probably (I think) because they know they're less likely to get caught in traffic. Also cos there's still a holiday atmosphere, at least while the good weather lasts (you've noticed that everyone's started saying hello to strangers in the street?)
