Not streets / cyclepaths but the What Pub site lists six Cavendish Arms.

Didn't the street name come first in that case, though? Raleigh named their Lenton cycles after the road their factory was on.

Raleigh’s headquarters was on Lenton Boulevard, the Factory itself was on Triumph Road, but they are both in the Lenton area of Nottingham, which is west of the city centre.

There is a Moulton place in Newcastle and Moulton way in darlington.

Not strictly cycling related but in South Shields we have Comical corner on NCN 72, and Canney hill is nr Bishop Auckland and Hard hills is signed off the A66 nr Brough

For those who like an out and back route, there's "There and back again Lane" in Bristol, or for those who spurn carbon fibre, there's a Metal Street in Cardiff, far more generic than the nearby "Sun Street".

Not sure if it's been mentioned but near Lee Valley VeloPark we have:
- Peloton Avenue
- Keirin Way
- Madison Way

I think only Madison Way leads to a cycle lane on Honour Lea Avenue though.
