Had a toot on the horn today, whilst engaged in the dubious activity of reviewing a 1960's review of social conditions in Victorian England. The same last year, on the second time I took a shortcut from the formal RoW along the A Road :wink:

In my experience (certainly in and around Lincoln), you could wear a rainbow coloured clown suit with accompanying flashing lights in perfect eye line of their rear view mirror and they still wouldn't see you Not so much on the A-Roads but certainly on narrow country lanes.
