most of their collision articles are mere copy/paste jobs at best from the local polices tweets,
So you need to pester the police on their wording!
I proceeded to Letsby Avenue and proceded to require the suspects head to have a collision with my truncheon. Once at the station the bottom of the stairs were in collision with the suspect. I conclude your honour the suspect is a very unlucky person.

To be consistent, they'd suggest the suspect is a reckless walker who collides with things often.
