So all cyclists who get killed by HGVs are undertakers?

Commuting, Day rides, Audax, Incidents, etc.

This sort of thing will continue forever and a day until the numpties that make up the rules bring in the strict liability rule. Even then it more than likely won't make a bit of difference to the drivers that believe the road belongs to them.

Or until all road users are assessed for aptitude and psychological attributes. :? None of this will ever happen, obviously.
