Viareggio, Italy bike rental

My husband and i will be in Viareggio on the Tuscan coast this April and he would like to continue his training for the Etape while we're there. Can anyone that has been to the area reccomend a bike rental place? I know there are bikes available at a lot of the hotels, but he would like to rent a good road bike, rather than bring his own. We will have too much stuff as it is, because we are bringing our baby. Any suggestions for rides in the area would also be welcome, thanks!
