Tick them all and mention it in the free text box.
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way. No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.
There are two kinds of people in this world: those can extrapolate from incomplete data.

...cannot bicycle manufacturers produce a lock within the bicycle itself ...as with motorcycles and mopeds ...whereby the front wheel is turned to the left to lock using a key ...thus immobilsing the bike into the bargain?

Agreed - the problem of cars being too easy to steal was solved by the motor manufacturers - they didn't rely on third party addons to do the job. But of course a car by it's nature you can't just pick it up and walk off with it, so an immobiliser for a bike isn't much use.

...I thought it too obvious a suggestion ...do we know why it hasn't caught on for all bicycles?

Who would want to steal an immobilised bicycle ...other than for spare parts?

A sharp blow on the handlebars will break such a steering lock (used to have one on a motorbike and did this once when I'd mislaid the key). The leverage of the handlebars easily overcomes any pin that will fit inside a steering tube.

Liking the look of the TiGr lock though!
