Rear pannier rack for mountain bike suggestions

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could suggest any suitable rear pannier racks for a mountain bike, it has 27.5" wheels and disc brakes, I have installed a seat clamp with carrier rack mounts as my bike does not have any connections for pannier racks.

I'd prefer one that connects to my disc brakes as opposed to just the seat post, any suggestions appreciated.

Agreed! Bust a beam rack after 60 miles with 8kgs - the rack was rated at 10kg.

A lot depends on the exact detail of your brake layout on the frame, but the Blackburn Local is pretty versatile.

I've not yet managed to break my Blackburn rear rack in 24 years.
