Hi, I have a specialised S works full suspension mountain bike which I purchased second hand and would now like to sell, however, after searching high and low on the www I am uncertain of which model it is and wonder if someone here will kindly point me in the right direction please so that I know what to call it when I put an advert online?

The link should take you to some pics of the bike which have been uploaded to my wifes Picasa album

I wonder if it is an Enduro from 2000 as the frame is M4 and the first two numbers of the main part of the serial number are 00, the forks are Marzocchi 03 Bomber, the rear suspension is Float RL Fox Racing Shox and the gears are Shimano Deore LX ( 27 speed).

All help gratefully appreciated
Many thanks

GerryMc

Many thanks for your reply and the information.
Having looked at the specialized website, which directed me to www.BikePedia.com for info on Pre 2002 bikes, I suspect that I have a 2000 Specialised S-Works FSR XC with replacement front suspension forks.
If anyone thinks it is not that then please let me know, equally if you know it is that will be helpful too.
Thanks again!

That is a 1999 or 2000 FSR XC. They used the non-disc frames those years (you could get a unique bolt on adapter).

The components have all been changed, its has a replacement shock at some point and its running an aftermarket BETD travel link (red bit attached to lower shock).

See http://www.mountainbikecomponents.co.uk ... d+Upgrades middle item.
