National Cycle Museum Jumble and Sale now rescheduled.

We are hopeful it won't be snowing in July !

CYCLE JUMBLE / SURPLUS STORES CYCLES AUCTION
NEW DATE FOR EVENT IS SUNDAY 22ND JULY

The National cycle Museums Annual Cycle Jumble and Auction of surplus items from stores, will now be on Sunday 22nd July at the Royal British Legion , Tremont Road , Llandrindod Wells LD1 5EB- (near Aldi on A483 ),.

Cycles for Auction (All cycles may be withdrawn from the sale without notice)

1. 22” Dawes Super Galaxy c1979 Suntour ,Weinmann,GB etc classic touring machine of the era

2. 23” Holdsworth early 60’s resprayed dark green unused since respray. Sachs gears, Maes Kint bars and Titan stem, Mafac Racer Brakes, Williams 1232 cranks

3. Rudge Roadster 1930’s 24” Complete and original

4. Dawes Ladies Galaxy 21" red vgc , superb example , classic touring machine , Suntour , Weinmann etc 70's

5. Holdsworth c1958 no 27718 Yellow original paintwork 22 ½” Gnutti five pin splined chainset, Campag GS hubs and pedals, Universal rear brake , Mafac levers, Brooks , Sprint rims: top quality spec.

6. Post Office Cycle all original red of course. If you want one of these you will want this

7. F H Pratt (Salford Surrey) Ladies cycle late 50’s completely original Sturmey etc

7A Carlton 21 1/2 resprayed dark blue 50's frame has Carlton engraved vertically on the head . Simplex ends alloyy 70's simplex fittede . ideale saddle , sprints withy Campag hubs , nice lugs

8. Viking multi sized child Cycle early 60’s completely original based on a French design.

13 Edison (Derbyshire) 1980’s low profile time trial bikes Mainly high end Shimano very little used stunning machine red /yellow

14 Longstaff Tandem Tricycle 23 1/2 /21 1/2 superb condition , purple , index gearing , little used

15 Sun ,( Worksop)1960's 23" Gents lightweight complete gold . period machine

16 1954 Hobbs 22 1/22 respray blue . MIxture of components eg Srurmey , GB etc . complete

NB- WE ARE AFRAID THAT WE ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO OFFER DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FACILITIES ON SITE. PAYMENT BY CASH ONLY

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CYCLES AND PARTS ARE SOLD ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT, UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED, THEY ARE USED MACHINES AND PARTS AND SHOULD NOT BE RIDDEN OR USED UNTIL ASSESED BY A SUITABLY QUALIFIED CYCLE MECHANIC.

There will be reserve prices on most cycles - if bids dont reach that price then the cycle wont be sold .
