More than a few years ago I bought an expensive front light from Hope. It has done 1000s of miles and hours, and had more than its share of knocks. It developed a fault last week, WAY out of warranty. I called Hope, spoke to a real person (you could hear machines in the background), and he said to send it in. Posted the light Monday, it arrived back on Thursday, repaired! Superb service.
Hope is a premium British brand...a little more expensive than some, but we'll worth it for this kind of detail.
Hope - service
