Take the NHS questionaire to see how close you are....

I varied my data esp weight and the extra stones only killed me off sooner by 2 years.....

Very unimpressed with the questionnaire. I made a typo and my height was submitted as 0ft 10ins and it accepted it and gave me a ludicrous heart age!

And then when I corrected it it gave we a blood pressure warning that I have to reduce my blood pressure from 120 to 119 (quite a few of my readings were below 120 anyway, I just rounded as blood pressure is "variable")!

Agree.
I did it anyway.

I'm nearly 65, and it said my heart age is 67 and I expect to pop my clogs at 87.

Cholesterol?
Don't make laugh!
I have genetic sky high cholesterol, but due to fortnighly injections, I'm normal.
BP is variable. No question regarding how where or when.
No question regarding lifestyle or fitness .......................... or beer.

It was the lack of beer or exercise questions that led me to my opinion.

I did one of these sorts of questionnaires that tell you your bodies physical age. Stupid questions and missing questions but a bit of fun for a couple of minutes. I answered the questions accurately except for BP which I don't have. I put in one at the higher end of acceptable and got the body age that matched my real age.

So I went back in and changed the BP to the lower end of acceptable to only be 2 years younger. Historically my BP has been low but I got bored so never put a low BP in.

I wonder whether there is an expert advice who is able to do these assessments and be certain of being accurate. It's based on science but it's not a science I reckon. It's using scientific research to guess or look into the crystal ball. Pointless exercise unless you look at it as pure fun.

Strange - entering a height of 5 feet 1 with a weight of 30 stones person who smokes 20+ a day and has chronic cardiovascular disease, kidney disease etc and a BP of 180 and cholesterol of 11...and I still have 5 years left to live. Result! I'm off out now to get a kebab :-D
