Wheel builder recs Oxford/MK/Warwick?

Can anyone recommend a wheel builder in the area Oxford / Bucks / Warwicks? I'm in north Oxfordshire so anywhere around and about. Prefer direct contact to online supply.

Not particularly specialised needs; looking to toughen up my Cannondale Synapse alloy road bike's rear wheel to 36 or 32 spoke.

Oxford Bike Works use a local builder for their handbuilt wheels - his name is on their site. I'll take a guess at his name being Ross Spiers, that name having just popped into my mind

Ross Spiers is the name. I'd thought of Oxford Bike Works and had a look at Ross Spiers website. Little off-put by his 'don't stock or use black spokes' line, though his wheels 36 hole x triple lace sound right. I quite like my black spokes aesthetically

Speirs is in fact the name, it turns out! His approach is a small number of choices that he knows works, which seems a laudable approach. Interesting previous career too, I notice.
