Twinings Earl Grey (teabags), with sugar and fresh milk in pint mug: morning, noon, and night.
And when a workman comes to the house and I ask "cuppa tea?" and they reply "yes please" and I ask "is Earl Grey okay?" and they reply "fine, ten sugars" and then they go ahead and drink it, I've never had a single complaint.
(any cake is good with Carnation Milk poured over it and eaten with a spoon)

I have about ten teas in the house. If I had to choose one, it would be Earl Grey, but Lapsang is close behind.
I am also on a one-man mission to rid the world of the term 'herb tea':

Ben (quite keen on tea)

Also too late I am obviously way beyond saving.
also use tea direct fair trade, but prefer English breakfast, occasionally indulge in green tea.
Anyway tea's good for clearing out the free floating radicals... any excuse.
