I passed my Bikeability level 2 training which is cool I need to do level 3 next its was free to do as well


and I think its very good couple it with experience and it will make for very safe and good cyclists

The real problem with level 3 is finding anyone doing it, because the pupil:instructor ratios are much tighter (typically 6:2 minimum and more experienced instructors needed). If you can't find a provider then Cyclecraft is the basis for most of it (Level 2 as well), and is a good read if you'll be sharing roads with traffic.
