inclusive cycling centres?

hello I'm new here and can't find the information that the main cycling uk website says should be here. they state there are inclusive centres across the uk where disabled/limited mobility people can try out bikes and see which may suit their needs or go instore to discuss, even go on group rides. does anyone know where i can find this information? I see theres information here about recumbant bikes which seem interesting and look rather nice. thanks.

Where are you based? There will be someone here who knows about something local, or who has things you could try...

What Bob says really. There are organisations such as You can bike too just north of Cambridge, but these tend to be locally run things. There won't be a national organisation with regional centres as such.

You may have some luck finding what you're looking for on the cycling UK groups page, use the advanced features to set the filters.

If you find something local, they're likely to know about what's in the area even if it's not from them.

You would be welcome along to spectate or participate in any of the BHPC events. Normally you bring your own cycle along to race. There is complete diversity of machines and we pride ourselves in non-UCI compliance - although you must be human-powered.

We have individual classifications e.g. handcycles. There is usually a chance at events to try out other owners machines. One chap who has been along to our events just smashed the 200m sprint world record at Battle Mountain this year. We also have constructors who make fast handcycles.
